We understand that 10 minutes in a store is hardly enough time to test out a mattress. So, when you buy direct from us we’re giving you 100 nights to try out your HappySleep mattress before you make up your mind.
If after this time you’re still not satisfied, that’s okay! We’ll provide you with a full refund and donate your mattress to charity. Just call or e-mail us and we’ll take care of the rest. All we ask is that you try the mattress for a month before returning it as it takes time to adjust to a new mattress.
We’ll pick it up if you’re in a metro area in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth. Sometimes this may take 5-10 business days to arrange with the suitable charity. Your refund will be processed within 2 days of return of your mattress.
Outside of metro areas we ask that you drop it off at your cost to your closest distribution centre/Salvation army store/recycling plant. However, we will try our best to have a charity or recycling company pick it up for you – in very rare cases there may be no Charity or recycling plant within reach to collect your mattress.
Please be aware if you purchase your mattress from a reseller the 100 Night Trial does not apply nor can we enforce this on the reseller. Please check with the reseller for their exchange policy.
